移民和准证 Immigration and Passes

Singapore Employment Pass (EP) is designed for foreign professionals, executives, and managers who wish to work in Singapore. The EP allows its holder to work in Singapore, with an initial validity of two years and a renewal period of three to five years.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, or a diploma with significant work experience.
2. Employment: A job offer from a Singapore-based company.
3. Salary: Monthly salary  at least 5,000 SGD a month 

新加坡就业准证（EP）适用于希望在新加坡工作的外籍专业人士、行政人员和管理层。EP持有者可在新加坡工作，首次签证有效期为两年，续签则为三至五年。

要求：

1. 学历要求：本科及以上学历，或具有丰富工作经验的大专学历。
2. 聘用要求：必须有新加坡本地公司的聘用通知。
3. 薪资要求：月薪至少5000新币

Self-employment immigration in Singapore allows applicants to start their own company and apply for an Employment Pass (EP) as a company director. It is ideal for business professionals who want to expand their careers in Singapore.

新加坡自雇移民指申请人在新加坡成立公司后，以公司董事身份申请就业准证（EP）。适合希望在新加坡发展事业并获取居留身份的商业人士。

The Tech.Pass is a work visa that allows tech industry experts and entrepreneurs from around the world to conduct business in Singapore. It is not limited to corporate employees; applicants can be entrepreneurs, investors, company directors, or senior management. The pass is valid for 2 years and can be renewed upon expiry.
Requirements:

• A fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 20,000 in the past year
• Held a leadership position for at least 5 years in a tech company with a market capitalization of at least USD 500 million (approx. SGD 675 million) or with at least USD 30 million in funding
• Led the development of a tech product for at least 5 years, where the product has at least 100,000 active monthly users or generates a revenue of at least USD 100 million

 新加坡科技准证是一种工作准证，允许全球科技行业的专家或企业家在新加坡开展业务。不限于企业雇员，申请者可以是创业者、投资人、公司董事或高层管理人员。此准证有效期为 2 年，到期后可续签。
要求：

• 过去一年的固定月薪至少为 20,000 新币
• 曾在市值至少 5 亿美元（约 6.75 亿新币）或获得至少 3,000 万美元资金的科技企业担任领导职位至少 5 年
• 曾主导科技产品的研发工作至少 5 年，该科技产品的每月活跃用户至少 10 万，或产品的收入达到 1 亿美元

The Singapore EntrePass allows foreign entrepreneurs to start a business in Singapore and eventually apply for permanent residency through the pass. There are no educational requirements, and once certain conditions are met, the EntrePass can enable family immigration.
Requirements:

• You have already started or plan to start a private limited company.
• The company is registered with ACRA, and the pass holder must own at least 30% of the company’s shares.

创业准证要求

新加坡创业准证允许外籍企业家通过注册公司在新加坡创业，并以此为基础进一步申请绿卡。该准证没有学历要求，达到特定条件后可全家移民。
要求：

• 您已经创办或计划创办一家私人有限公司。
• 公司已在新加坡 ACRA 注册，且准证持有者必须持有公司至少 30% 的股份。

The Personalized Employment Pass (PEP) is for high-earning Employment Pass (EP) holders and overseas foreign professionals. It is not tied to an employer, offering greater flexibility compared to the regular EP. High-income EP holders or foreign professionals can apply directly. Valid for up to 3 years.  

The PEP is issued only once and cannot be renewed.

 Requirements:

A fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 22,500. 

个人就业准证（PEP） 适用于高收入就业准证（EP）持有人和海外外国专业人士。它不与雇主挂钩，比普通EP提供更大的灵活性。高收入EP持有人或外国专业人士可以直接申请。有效期最长为3年。
PEP仅颁发一次，不可续签。

要求：
固定月薪至少为22,500新币。

The Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (ONE Pass) is a personalized pass designed for top talent across various fields, such as business, arts and culture, sports, academia, and research. Requirements include a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 30,000 or outstanding achievements in specific fields. The pass is initially valid for five years. 

海外网络和专业知识准证是为各领域顶尖人才提供的个性化通行证，如商业、艺术与文化、体育、学术界和研究。要求为至少30,000新币的固定月薪，或在某些领域取得杰出成就。首次申请签证有效期为五年。
